My name is Catherine, I am warm, friendly and easy to talk to.

I am a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP Accredited Counsellor and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework.

My practice is based in Ealing, West London. I work with adults, couples and young people on a one-to-one basis.

I use an 'Integrative' approach; this means using different counselling models to suit the needs of each individual client.

I see individual clients at my home, providing a safe, comfortable and confidential environment in which to build a relationship of trust and openness. This might be a short or long-term relationship, depending on individual needs.

I have experience of a wide variety of clients with many different difficulties, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Betrayal
  • Anger
  • Depression
  • Sadness
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Redundancy
  • Family conflict
  • Separation and divorce
  • Loss and bereavement
  • Feelings of isolation
  • Self-esteem and confidence issues
  • Unfulfilled potential
  • Lack of meaning or direction in life
  • Stress
  • Rape and abuse
  • Sexual issues
  • Self Harm
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Manic depression

This is not an exhaustive list and often the concerns that people bring to counselling often do not fit into one particular category.
